Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information, please consult our Cancellation/No Show Policy


At Still Well Med Spa, a deposit policy is in place to secure appointments with our providers as a first-time client. The deposit is:

  • $500.00 deposit to secure an appointment with Anne Marie Stilwell, MD; and 
  • $100.00 deposit is required for appointments with other healthcare providers. 

This deposit will be applied to any procedures, treatments, or retail products purchased during the scheduled appointment. However, if the client violates the Cancellation/No Show Policy, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to the cancellation/no-show fee. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and accountability for both clients and the Still Well Med Spa, emphasizing the importance of honoring scheduled appointments, respecting our providers’ time and the Cancellation/No Show Policy.


At Still Well Med Spa, we have a 24-hour Cancellation/No Show Policy in place to ensure our clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner and to respect our providers’ time. Any client that no shows and/or cancels a scheduled appointment within 24 hours will be charged:

  • $500.00 if the scheduled appointment requested is with Anne Marie Stilwell, MD;; or
  • $100.00 with any of our other healthcare providers.

Still Well Med Spa will charge my credit card on file for violations of the Cancellation/No Show Policy.

If a client has no shown and/or late cancelled three (3) times, the client will then be required to prepay in full for future services at time of booking appointment. The amount pre-paid for is nonrefundable if the Cancellation/No Show Policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the appointment time, the amount paid will be credited for future services at Still Well Med Spa.

We respect our providers’ time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those gaps.  We appreciate your understanding of our Cancellation/No Show Policy. This will allow the Still Well Med Spa team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our team members’ time.
