Anne Marie Stilwell, MD, is a highly experienced Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and
Interventional Pain Management Specialist with over 25 years of expertise. She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed extensive training in anesthesiology at The New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. As the first
fellow in the Tri-Institutional Pain Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stilwell trained at prestigious
institutions like the Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
This experience led her to incorporate regenerative medicine, including Platelet-Rich Plasma
and Cellular Therapies, into her practice, providing advanced pain relief and healing solutions.
Dr. Stilwell's commitment to holistic well-being extends to medical aesthetics. Together with her
husband, Tim Gilman, she co-founded Still Well Med Spa, Staten Island's premier luxury and
innovative Med Spa. Driven by her passion for aesthetics, she ensures exceptional care and
rejuvenation for her patients. Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Stilwell cherishes her

Tim Gilman, Esq., co-founder of Still Well Med Spa, brings a wealth of experience and a
genuine passion for making a difference. As a registered attorney in New York, Tim combines legal expertise with business acumen. With a juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and an
MBA from the University of Rochester, Tim's educational background reflects his commitment to
excellence and professional growth. Having led diverse business and legal operations globally
at Avon Products, Inc. for 30 years, Tim now channels his expertise into building Staten Island's
first luxury and innovative Med Spa alongside his wife, Dr. Anne Marie Stilwell, MD. Tim's
proactive and detail-oriented approach, coupled with his love for the aesthetic industry, shapes
the success of Still Well Med Spa. His infectious enthusiasm permeates all aspects of the Med
Spa's operations. Outside of work, Tim cherishes quality time with Dr. Stilwell and their four
children. From supporting his son in baseball games to enjoying beach moments, showcasing
culinary skills, attending concerts, engaging in weight training, racing, or embracing the
outdoors, Tim lives life to the fullest. Tim Gilman's dedication, team-building skills, and passion

Introducing Meagan Maloney, a compassionate and dedicated medical professional with a
remarkable background in aesthetic medicine. Alongside her unwavering commitment to
healthcare, Meagan's love for singing and music has been an intrinsic part of her life since a young age, teaching her the importance of bringing joy to others. Meagan began her journey in
the medical field with a Medical Assistant certification from the esteemed College of Staten
Island. Recently graduating from the Curtis HS Adult LPN program, she proudly became a
licensed practical nurse (LPN). However, her thirst for knowledge and desire to make a greater
impact led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). As a valued member of Dr.
Stilwell's exceptional team since 2019, Meagan skillfully combines her diverse talents and
compassionate nature to provide exceptional care. Her dedication to healthcare and making a
positive impact on patients' lives sets her apart. Rooted in her love for music, Meagan believes
that her compassionate care can bring comfort and joy to those in need. Connecting with

Clinical Research &; Medical Aesthetic Assistant

Step inside the Med Spa and meet Abbey Gilman is an exceptional individual with a passion
for science and healthcare. Graduating with a degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Rochester, Abbey's dedication and expertise have led her to engage in
groundbreaking clinical research at Weil Cornell Medical. Abbey is devoting her gap year to
exploring the field before applying to and attending medical school. She is accomplished as a
published researcher in Nature Immunology. Abbey's groundbreaking work on the immune
response and its role in conferring cancer resistance in the blind mole rat is making a tangible
impact in the fight against cancer. With a keen interest in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics,
Abbey aspires to enhance individuals' well-being and self-confidence. As the oldest daughter of
Dr. Stilwell, she brings her compassionate nature to Still Well Med Spa, where she performs
hydrafacials and connects with clients. Outside of her professional pursuits, Abbey cherishes
time with her family, enjoys vacations, and cheers on her favorite baseball player, Aaron Judge.
She expresses her creativity through baking, arts and crafts, and her love for dogs. Abbey
Gilman's remarkable achievements, genuine care for others, and commitment to science and
medicine make her an inspiring individual. With her dedication, kindness, and passion for

Social Media Director

Introducing Liv Gilman, a rising senior at the esteemed Warrington School of Business,
pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing. With an impactful internship at Acara Marketing Partners, Liv excelled in providing social media and event marketing services to Still Well Med
Spa, increasing followers and engagement. She secured a coveted marketing internship with
global beauty leader Estée Lauder, driving a strategic project evaluating their entry into the
medical spa retail product space. Liv's passion and strategic thinking prove invaluable in this
role. Despite her commitments, Liv remains dedicated to supporting Still Well Med Spa,
developing social media strategies, consulting with providers, and creating engaging content.
She finds solace in the sun, sand, and surf as an avid beach lover. Surrounding herself with
loved ones brings happiness, and her love for fashion and beauty is evident in her shopping and
social media dedication. As a proud Gator, Liv enthusiastically supports her university's sports
teams. As the youngest of Dr. Stilwell's daughters, Liv contemplates a career in the beauty
industry or pursuing a law degree, leveraging her skills and passion. Liv's dedication, creativity,
and unwavering commitment position her as a force to be reckoned with in the professional
world. Whether she chooses beauty or law, her future is undoubtedly bright and filled with
endless possibilities.

Kathy brings nearly 25 years of dermatology practice experience to Still Well Med Spa. Before joining our team, she served as the Medical Office Manager of Atlantic Dermatology in Brooklyn, where she oversaw patient care coordination, staff training and supervision, scheduling, billing, authorizations, compliance, and day-to-day practice operations.
At Still Well, Kathy serves as our Lead Patient Care Coordinator and is a trusted resource for both our patients and our team. She helps ensure that each patient’s experience—from the first phone call and consultation through treatment and follow-up—is seamless, comfortable, and personal.
But what patients notice most about Kathy isn’t her résumé. It’s Kathy. Warm, compassionate, and genuinely interested in the people she meets, she has a natural ability to make patients feel at ease. She loves getting to know our patients, following their aesthetic journeys, and seeing the confidence that can come with their results.
After nearly a quarter-century in dermatology, Kathy also brings a deep appreciation for skincare and the importance of caring for your skin at every stage of life. She especially enjoys working alongside Dr. Stilwell and being part of a physician-led practice where personalized care and long-term patient relationships come first.
Outside of Still Well, Kathy enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their son and daughter.

Licensed Esthetician

Amor Young is a licensed esthetician with nearly five years of experience helping patients achieve healthier, more radiant skin through personalized skincare treatments and education. Licensed in California, North Carolina, and New York, Amor brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every appointment and believes that beautiful skin begins with truly understanding your skin.
Originally from California, Amor has extensive experience performing customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, nanoneedling, LED light therapy, lash services, waxing, and advanced skincare treatments. She enjoys helping patients understand their individual skin concerns and developing customized treatment plans and at-home skincare routines designed to achieve healthy, lasting results.
Known for her gentle touch, attention to detail, and warm personality, Amor strives to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for while delivering a results-focused experience. She is passionate about continuing education and expanding her knowledge of the latest advances in skincare and medical aesthetics.
At Still Well Med Spa, Amor works alongside Dr. Stilwell and the clinical team as part of our personalized, physician-led approach to aesthetic care.
Outside of Still Well, Amor enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the warmer months on the water.

Noor Fazal began working with Dr. Stilwell in her pain management practice, where she gained hands-on experience in patient care and developed a strong interest in healthcare. She later transitioned to Still Well Med Spa, bringing that clinical foundation and familiarity with Dr. Stilwell’s approach to patient care into the world of medical aesthetics and wellness.
At Still Well, Noor is involved throughout the patient experience, both administratively and as part of our clinical team. She rooms patients, takes vital signs, prepares treatment rooms, assists Dr. Stilwell during procedures, coordinates patients participating in hormone, peptide, and medical weight-loss programs, and supports clinical photography, treatment preparation, and electronic health record documentation.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, Noor especially enjoys connecting with patients and helping them feel comfortable and informed. Her role allows her to follow patients throughout their experience—from their first visit and treatment preparation through ongoing care and follow-up.
Working closely with Dr. Stilwell has allowed Noor to continually expand her knowledge of medical aesthetics, wellness, and the advanced treatments offered at Still Well. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree and is committed to continuing her education and growing within the healthcare field.
Outside of Still Well, Noor enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, discovering new restaurants and cafés, and catching up on her favorite reality TV.

Introducing Blerondina Ahmeti, a dedicated and compassionate medical assistant at Dr.
Stilwell's office. With a major in biology and a minor in psychology from CSI (College of Staten
Island), Blerondina combines her knowledge with a genuine passion for patient care. Certified in hydrafacial treatments, Blerondina goes above and beyond to provide personalized and
comprehensive care that meets both your medical and aesthetic needs. Her commitment to
your well-being shines through in every interaction, ensuring you receive exceptional care and
support during your time at Dr. Stilwell's office. Blerondina's enthusiasm for her role and her
dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients are evident from the moment

Ava Rose Marceante brings experience in both dermatology and patient care to her role as a Patient Care Coordinator and Medical Assistant at Still Well Med Spa. Before joining Still Well, Ava worked in the office of Josaine Lederman, M.D., a well-established Staten Island dermatology practice, where she gained valuable experience in medical front-office operations, patient communication, appointment coordination, and helping patients feel comfortable and welcomed.
At Still Well, Ava works across both the patient and clinical sides of the practice. From welcoming patients and coordinating appointments to preparing treatment rooms and assisting the clinical team, she helps ensure that each visit is organized, comfortable, and seamless from beginning to end.
Friendly, organized, and attentive to detail, Ava enjoys connecting with patients and being part of an environment that combines medicine, aesthetics, skincare, and wellness. Her previous experience in dermatology provides a natural foundation for her growing role in medical aesthetics.
