Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Still Well Med Spa, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every client has a positive experience with our services and products. To provide clarity and transparency, we have outlined our refund and return policy below.

We do not issue refunds for any product injected or used in your treatment or for any services rendered. Due to the nature of certain services, such as injectables, laser treatments, other non-reversible energy-based procedures, hormone replacement therapy, and medical weight loss services and products, refunds are not available once the service has been rendered. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.

Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid packages, prepaid services and/or goods, deposits made on products and services, or gift cards. Credit from prepaid packages, prepaid services and/or goods, deposits made on products and services, or gift cards may be applied toward other forms of procedure(s), treatment(s) or product(s). In such cases, credit can only be given to and used by the purchaser only.

We do not offer refunds on retail products purchased.  Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
