Anne Marie Stilwell, MD, is a highly experienced Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management Specialist with over 25 years of expertise. She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed extensive training in anesthesiology at The New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. As the first fellow in the Tri-Institutional Pain Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stilwell trained at prestigious institutions like the Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This experience led her to incorporate regenerative medicine, including Platelet-Rich Plasma and Cellular Therapies, into her practice, providing advanced pain relief and healing solutions.
Dr. Stilwell's commitment to holistic well-being extends to medical aesthetics. Together with her husband, Tim Gilman, she co-founded Still Well Med Spa, Staten Island's premier luxury and innovative Med Spa. As a registered attorney in New York, Tim combines legal expertise with business acumen. With a juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and an MBA from the University of Rochester, Tim's educational background reflects his commitment to excellence and professional growth. Having led diverse business and legal operations globally at Avon Products, Inc. for 30 years, Tim now channels his expertise into building Staten Island's first luxury and innovative Med Spa alongside his wife, Dr. Anne Marie Stilwell, MD. Tim's proactive and detail-oriented approach, coupled with his love for the aesthetic industry, shapes the success of Still Well Med Spa. Katherine "Kat" Kuhn, a Staten Island native, has always had a passion for skincare and beauty. In 2018, she honed her craft at the Aveda Institute of SOHO in Manhattan, where she became a licensed esthetician, specializing in facials, waxing, and makeup artistry. After two years in the industry, Kat's thirst for knowledge and growth led her back to school, where she excelled at St. Paul's School of Nursing, graduating as class salutatorian. She then earned a nationally accredited certification from the American Medical Technologists (AMT). For the past two years, Kat has been a key player at a luxury med spa in College Station, Texas, where she has become the go-to expert in medical-grade skincare and body contouring. Her advanced training in microneedling, chemical peels, energy treatments, and laser procedures has solidified her reputation as a skincare specialist who truly makes her clients look and feel their best.
