PRP is a concentrated portion of your blood, which we draw here in our office within a matter of minutes. Cellular therapy involves cells that can be obtained from your own bone marrow or adipose or can be purchased from FDA compliant laboratories that isolate the cellular therapies from either umbilical cord blood, amniotic fluid or bone marrow aspirates.
