She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester and completed extensive training in anesthesiology at The New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. As the first fellow in the Tri-Institutional Pain Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stilwell trained at prestigious institutions like the Hospital for Special Surgery and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This experience led her to incorporate regenerative medicine, including Platelet-Rich Plasma and Cellular Therapies, into her practice, providing advanced pain relief and healing solutions. Having led diverse business and legal operations globally at Avon Products, Inc. for 30 years, Tim now channels his expertise into building Staten Island's first luxury and innovative Med Spa alongside his wife, Dr. Anne Marie Stilwell, MD.
